Administration

1. Characteristics of our Organization Management

A. Head Manager and Manager System

In our organization, one "Head Manager" is placed in each department. Head managers make various adjustments so each department can carry out their tasks smoothly. However, head managers do not actually work on the task by themselves, but allocate work to other members as needed), and adjust the team to complete the task efficiently. (The member who is assigned the task is called the "Manager.")

Aim

  • To make use of the strengths of other members to produce more effective results.

  • By having all members perform tasks in various departments, we want to cultivate a macro perspective that gives a wide view of organization head management and activities, and a micro perspective to look into the detail.

  • By incorporating all members to operate and do activities without making the organization a pyramid structure, individual members can also grow.

B. Three Pillars Approach of ViVID "Inclusion × Participation × Partnership"

The Three Pillars Approach of ViVID, "Inclusion × Participation × Partnership," is used not only in the development of projects and programs, but also in the head management of the organization.

a. Inclusion

  • We make sure that each member thoroughly understands the details of head management and projects.

  • All members are working with the same goal in mind.

b. Participation

  • Head managers work with initiatives and operate the organization through several engines.

  • Cherish the "color" of each of the head managers, while actively encouraging members to exercise their abilities.

c. Partnership

  • We create an environment where it is easy for each member to ask for help in a situation that they cannot handle.
