1. Based on the results of the analysis on social problems and selected Goals and Targets of the SDGs for the community,  we select effective stakeholders such as individuals, NGOs, private enterprises and institutions for joint projects in One Team Project.

2. We partner up stakeholders who are solving social issues in different regions and development fields with various skills and experiences and all we work together multilaterally and strategically for community development as “One Team.”

3. We integrate results of various projects carried out by the partner stakeholders in the partner communities, and regularly assess and analyze them qualitatively and quantitatively.

4. We give feedback to the data of analysis and assessment to each stakeholder and demand to improve the project to increase the quality. We disclose the results of research to the public and ensure transparency and accountability.

5. We list up local companies and NGO that work in development and match up with Japanese companies / NGO. We do not stick to their fields (same or not) in matching if they do a project through One Team.
