I always hoped to see the real-life situation of what I am learning and possibly apply what I learned in the field in the future. I enjoy visiting and experiencing different cultures in general and also like to share them with others.
The main purpose of my visit to Ghana as a part of ViVID activities are as follows;
Starting NGO registration in Ghana
Inspection for the first ViVID Village location
Public relations activities at the sites of possible targeted communities in which the ViVID Village might be constructed
Researching the social issues that possible targeted communities are facing on
Preparation for our ViVID Study Tour Program
Established on the 15th of February 2020, ViVID has been striving to set up the foundation to realize the vision of the ViVID Village as an International NGO. ViVID Village is an International Development Community Center aimed to realize the inclusive and sustainable development of Africa with three roles.
Community Supporting Center: We operate the center in our supporting communities opened for any people from any backgrounds.
Development Research and Analysis Center: We research and analyze the problems that the communities are facing by each field (such as famine/poverty, water/nutrition, education, sanitation, health care/social welfare, gender, agriculture, environment, and energy) and utilize the results in 'One Team project' for community development.
Global Partnership Center: We pull together diverse stakeholders (such as individuals, NGOs, private enterprises and institutions) into “One Team,” to work for community development as 'One Team project'

We are currently working together with Seykere community in Effiduse District to build our very first ViVID village. Seykere is a village with about 1,500 people where Katsumi, the leader of ViVID had stayed for a month back in 2011. I am going to visit Seykere for a day to research the situation of the community from different sectors (famine/poverty, water/nutrition, education, sanitation, health care/social welfare, gender, agriculture, environment, and energy) and discuss the vision with chiefs.
I believe that the most important principle in community development is to build trust with local people. I will do my best to listen to their needs and be bring back as much as I can for further activities of ViVID. I will share the up to date information with members of ViVID and you all!
